At ZEAL, we want every customer (and every pet) to be happy with their experience. If you need to return a product, please review the conditions below:
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns if the following conditions are met:
- The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
- A valid order number or proof of purchase is provided
How to request a return
Please email shop@zealpetfood.com with your order number, the reason for return, and a photo of the item (if applicable). Our Customer Care team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for orders with incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund
Subscriptions must be canceled at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle. Canceling a subscription does not cancel any orders already processed
Shipping Policy
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories at this time.
When will I get my delivery?
We work hard to get ZEAL products to your doorstep as quickly as possible.
- Handling time: Orders are typically processed within 2 business days
- Transit time: Once shipped, packages usually arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location
You can check your Order Status anytime using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.
