Referrer means an existing ZEAL customer who participates in the Referral Program by sharing their unique referral link.

Referred Customer means a new customer who receives a referral invitation from a Referrer and completes a qualifying first purchase on zealpetfood.com using the provided referral link.

Qualifying Purchase means the Referred Customer’s first eligible order on zealpetfood.com that meets the minimum purchase requirement and all applicable Referral Program conditions.

Participation in the Referral Program is open to existing ZEAL customers with a valid ZEAL account.

Referred Customers must be new customers and must not have previously made a purchase on zealpetfood.com.

Participants must be of legal age in their jurisdiction.

ZEAL employees, affiliates, ambassadors, influencers, partners, or other individuals with a commercial relationship with ZEAL may be excluded from the Referral Program or certain referral rewards at ZEAL’s discretion.

Referrers may share their unique referral link by email, social media, direct message, or other appropriate channels.

To qualify, the Referred Customer must use the Referrer’s unique referral link to complete their first eligible order on zealpetfood.com.

The Referred Customer’s order subtotal must be $50 or more before discounts, shipping, and taxes to qualify for the referral offer.

Referral rewards are only available for qualifying purchases completed directly through zealpetfood.com.

Referred Customer: The Referred Customer receives a $15 discount coupon for their first qualifying order when using a valid referral link.

Referrer: The Referrer earns 1,500 ZEAL Points, equivalent to $15 in reward value, after the Referred Customer completes a qualifying purchase and all applicable conditions are met.

Referral rewards are issued only after the Referred Customer’s order has been completed and processed, and is not canceled, returned, refunded, or flagged for suspected fraud or abuse..

Please allow up to 7 business days after the qualifying purchase is completed for referral points to appear in the Referrer’s ZEAL account.

ZEAL Points earned through referrals can be redeemed through the Referrer’s ZEAL Club account and are subject to the ZEAL Rewards Program Terms & Conditions..

Referrers may earn up to 5 referral rewards per calendar month. Unused referral capacity does not roll over.

There is no lifetime cap on the total number of referral rewards a Referrer may earn, subject to ongoing compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

Referral coupons are valid only for eligible first orders placed by Referred Customers on zealpetfood.com.

Referral coupons generally cannot be combined with other promotional codes, discounts, or offers.

The only exception is the Subscribe & Save discount, which may be used together with an eligible referral coupon unless otherwise stated.

Referral coupons may be subject to expiration dates, minimum purchase requirements, product exclusions, or other conditions displayed at the time of issue.

Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, creating multiple accounts by the same individual, or fraudulent activity will not qualify for referral rewards.

ZEAL reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or adjust referral rewards in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, canceled orders, returned orders, refunded orders, or violation of these Terms.

ZEAL may limit, refuse, or revoke referral rewards if the Program is used in a way that ZEAL determines to be inconsistent with the purpose of the Referral Program.

Referral coupons issued to Referred Customers are valid for 6 months from the date they are issued, unless otherwise stated.

ZEAL Points earned by Referrers are subject to the ZEAL Rewards Program Terms & Conditions..

ZEAL may modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time.

This may include changes to referral reward amounts, referral limits, minimum order requirements, eligibility rules, expiration periods, or Program availability.

Where reasonable, ZEAL will provide notice of material changes by updating this page or posting information on zealpetfood.com.

Continued participation in the Referral Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

Participation in the ZEAL Referral Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

ZEAL’s decisions regarding eligibility, qualifying purchases, rewards, suspected misuse, and disputes are final and binding.
