The ZEAL Rewards Program (“Program”) is available to registered users of zealpetfood.com with a valid ZEAL account.

Participants must be logged into their ZEAL account to earn and redeem ZEAL Points.

ZEAL employees, affiliates, influencers, partners, or other individuals with a commercial relationship with ZEAL may be excluded from certain promotional earning activities, bonus offers, or referral rewards at ZEAL’s discretion.

ZEAL Points may be earned through eligible activities listed on the ZEAL Rewards page, including:

• Purchases: Eligible purchases made directly on zealpetfood.com earn ZEAL Points based on the earning rate displayed on the Rewards page.
• Account creation: New account holders may earn welcome points after creating a ZEAL account, if offered at the time of registration.

• Pet birthday bonus: Customers may earn bonus points by adding their pet’s birthday, subject to Program rules.

ZEAL Points are only earned on eligible purchases and activities completed directly through zealpetfood.com, unless otherwise stated.

Purchases made through third-party platforms, including Amazon, Chewy, TikTok Shop, or other retailers, are not eligible to earn ZEAL Points.

There is no maximum cap on the number of ZEAL Points a participant may earn, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

ZEAL may offer referral rewards through the Program.

Referral rewards, including any “Give $15, Get $15” offers, are subject to the rules displayed on the ZEAL Rewards page at the time of participation.

A referral reward is only issued after the referred friend completes a qualifying first purchase and all applicable conditions are met.

Self-referrals or duplicate accounts may not qualify for referral rewards.

Referral rewards may be issued as store credit, coupons, discount rewards, ZEAL Points, or other reward formats, depending on the active referral offer.

ZEAL reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or adjust referral rewards in cases of suspected fraud, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, canceled orders, returned orders, or abuse of the Program.

ZEAL Points can be redeemed for eligible rewards at zealpetfood.com, which may include:

• Discounts on future purchases.
• Free shipping rewards, where available.
• Product-specific coupons or category-specific rewards.
• Limited-time gifts or special offers, subject to availability.

A minimum of 500 ZEAL Points is required to begin redeeming rewards.

Reward availability, point values, and redemption options may change from time to time.

Once ZEAL Points have been redeemed and applied to an order at checkout, the redemption cannot be canceled or reversed, and the points may not be returned to the account.

Rewards redeemed with ZEAL Points may be subject to additional conditions, including but not limited to:

• Expiration dates.
• Product or category restrictions.
• Minimum purchase requirements.
• Restrictions on combining with other discounts, coupons, promotions, or offers.
• Availability limitations.

ZEAL Points generally cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotions, or limited-time offers, except for the Subscribe & Save discount where eligible, unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees may still apply unless the reward specifically includes free shipping or the order meets ZEAL’s free shipping requirements.

If an order is canceled, returned, refunded, or partially refunded, ZEAL Points earned from that order may be deducted or adjusted accordingly.

If a reward was used on an order that is later canceled, returned, or refunded, the redeemed reward may not be returned to the participant’s account.

ZEAL may adjust points balances if points were issued in error, earned through ineligible activity, or affected by order changes.

ZEAL Points do not expire as long as the participant’s account remains active.

If there is no account activity for 12 consecutive months, ZEAL Points may be removed from the account.

Account activity may include eligible purchases, point redemptions, or other qualifying Program actions, as determined by ZEAL.

If a participant closes their ZEAL account, any remaining ZEAL Points will be forfeited and cannot be recovered.

ZEAL Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

ZEAL Points are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, combined with another account, or assigned to another person.

ZEAL Points may only be used by the account holder in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

ZEAL reserves the right to review, adjust, suspend, or terminate any account’s participation in the Program if fraud, abuse, misuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions is suspected.

This may include, but is not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to earn additional rewards.
• Self-referrals.
• Fake, misleading, or ineligible reviews.
• Unauthorized use of referral links.
• Attempts to manipulate points, rewards, or promotions.
• Any activity ZEAL determines to be inconsistent with the purpose of the Program.

ZEAL may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time.

This may include changes to earning rates, redemption values, eligible activities, reward options, expiration rules, or Program availability.

Where reasonable, ZEAL will provide notice of material changes by updating this page or posting information on zealpetfood.com.

Participation in the ZEAL Rewards Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

ZEAL’s decisions regarding the Program, including eligibility, point balances, reward availability, and suspected misuse, are final and binding.

In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and promotional messaging, these Terms & Conditions will apply unless a specific promotion clearly states otherwise.
