At ZEAL, we want every customer (and every pet) to be happy with their experience. If you need to return a product, please review the conditions below:
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns if the following conditions are met:
- The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
- A valid order number or proof of purchase is provided
How to request a return
Please email shop@zealpetfood.com with your order number, the reason for return, and a photo of the item (if applicable). Our Customer Care team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Once approved, please ship your return to the following address:

Please note: Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.No handling fee is charged for returned products.
Exchanges
We do not accept any form of exchange. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please refer to the Return Policy.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., a defective or incorrect item)
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product issue is our fault
- Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within.
Wrong or damaged item?
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@zealpetfood.com with a description and photos. We'll make it right.
Additional Notes
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds for orders with incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
- Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund
- Subscriptions must be canceled at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle. Canceling a subscription does not cancel any orders already processed
