Where do you ship?

We currently ship to addresses within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories at this time.

Shipping Rates & Time

• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50
• A $6.9 flat rate applies to orders under $50
• We process and ship packages Monday through Friday. We do not offer shipping on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

When will I get my delivery?

We work hard to get ZEAL products to your doorstep as quickly as possible.

• Handling time: Orders are typically processed within 2 business days
• Transit time: Once shipped, packages usually arrive within 3-5 business days, depending on your location

  You can check your Order Status anytime using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.

Do I need to be home to receive the package?

No signature is required. Carriers will leave your package at your doorstep or with your building's doorman.

Are sales tax and other taxes charged on the products?

No sales tax or other taxes are charged for goods.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send a tracking number to your email. You can also log in to your ZEAL account to view your order history and shipment status.
