Getting started with SUB25
- SUB25 is our welcome offer for first-time subscribers, including customers who have previously placed one-time orders.
- Enter SUB25 at checkout to bring your total savings on eligible subscription items to 25% off the regular one-time purchase price. This includes the standard 10% subscription savings—it is not an extra 25% off the subscription price shown.
- A little reminder: be sure to use SUB25 on your first subscription order. If you complete that order with WELCOME10, another code, or no code, the first-subscription offer won't be available for a later order.
- This offer is available once per customer or household. Cancelling and restarting, switching products, or using a different account or email address does not create a new first-subscription entitlement. Apart from the included standard subscription savings, other offers and discount codes cannot be combined with SUB25.

- WELCOME10 gives customers who have never purchased from ZEAL 10% off their first order, whether it’s a one-time purchase or a subscription.
- For your first subscription, we recommend SUB25 so you can enjoy the higher 25% savings on eligible subscription items.
- WELCOME10 is calculated from the regular one-time purchase price. On subscription items, it replaces the standard 10% savings rather than adding to them. It cannot be combined with other offers or discount codes.
- The welcome offer is available once per customer or household, on the first purchase only. After that purchase, the offer is no longer available—even if you didn’t use the code. A different account or email address does not renew eligibility.
Savings that continue with your subscription
- After your first subscription order, eligible subscription items automatically receive 10% off the regular one-time purchase price. There’s no code to remember.
- If you use another valid promotional code, its terms determine the savings for that order. After an offer limited to one order, future eligible subscription orders return to the standard 10% savings.
- One discount code may be used per order. Codes have no cash value.

• I’ve ordered before. Can I still get 25% off my first subscription?
Yes! If your previous purchases were one-time orders and you’ve never subscribed, you can use SUB25 on your first subscription order.
• Can I use WELCOME10 now and SUB25 later?
Yes. Use WELCOME10 on your first one-time purchase, then enjoy SUB25 when you start your first subscription.
If your first purchase is a subscription, choose SUB25 straight away for greater savings.
• What happens if I use WELCOME10 on my first subscription?
You’ll receive 10% off, but completing that order means SUB25 will no longer be available. We recommend using SUB25 on your first subscription so you can enjoy the full first-subscription offer.
• Do I need to enter a code for future subscription savings?
No. Your standard 10% savings apply automatically to eligible future subscription orders.
