Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns if the following conditions are met:
- The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
- A valid order number or proof of purchase is provided
How to request a return
Please email shop@zealpetfood.com with your order number, the reason for return, and a photo of the item (if applicable). Our Customer Care team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories at this time.
When will I get my delivery?
We work hard to get ZEAL products to your doorstep as quickly as possible.

Healthy dog food
My dog loves this food. It is raw meat air dried with other healthy ingredients. I actually use it as a topper on his kibble. Most times he leaves his kibble and eats only the air dried food.

Dog Really Likes This Food
I got this dog food because I wanted to try air dried food with my dog. I am going to use this as a training treat for her since I would have to feed her a lot of the food according to the package directions and it is rather expensive. She really loves this food for treats! She got very exctied after eating the first bite and couldn't wait for me to give her more pieces. It will be easy to use as a training treat and it isn't messy like some moist treats can be. I'm glad it is a healthy option for me to give her as a treat.

I was using Sundays dog food for a few years it worked fine but they have been non communication when I had questions ... so I stated looking for another dehydrated food ... this is nice a bit large for tiny chihuahuas so I cut it up no digestions problems at all

I wanted to try something different for my dogs and I'm glad I did because they both love this dog food lol. I've never seen them eat so fast lol they had this ate in no time so they definitely loved it lol. I love it's high in protein and it's all natural so I know it's good for them. This comes with 12 cans and it is a little on the high side but as much as they seem to enjoy it it will be worth it to me lol. Would Recommend!!

Highly quality wet food with a price to match. My dog absolutely loved this food and I liked it because it seemed to have pretty good ingredients. I do like that. The first ingredient is lamb. The smell on the other hand is not the best but again it's for dogs and she seems to like it.
