At ZEAL, we want every customer (and every pet) to be happy with their experience. If you need to return a product, please review the conditions below:
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns if the following conditions are met:
- The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
- A valid order number or proof of purchase is provided
How to request a return
Please email shop@zealpetfood.com with your order number, the reason for return, and a photo of the item (if applicable). Our Customer Care team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund
Subscriptions must be canceled at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle. Canceling a subscription does not cancel any orders already processed
Shipping Policy
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories at this time.
When will I get my delivery?
We work hard to get ZEAL products to your doorstep as quickly as possible.
- Handling time: Orders are typically processed within 2 business days
- Transit time: Once shipped, packages usually arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location
You can check your Order Status anytime using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.

I have a lot of cats and like to keep different foods on rotation to keep them excited about their food. One of my cats right now has been refusing to eat his regular food, so I decided he would be the one to try out this food. He actually not only liked it, he devoured it. I don't know why I was expecting the food to be more of a gravy with bites, but it is pate, which is my preference! Pate is easier to mix with water and they tend to like it more in general. The ingredients are good, but I usually steer clear of foods with peas or potatoes (this food has peas) because I have one cat that is allergic to it and I also don't feel like peas should be in cat food. All the other ingredients seem great. The price is very high in my opinion, but I know that cat food prices have been pretty outrageous recently and this food is priced at about what other foods with similar ingredients are priced at. I'm glad my baby likes it and hopefully he will go back to liking his old food before I run out of this food!

I ordered the chicken. I have not personally tasted this food, but our old and sick kitty REALLY likes it. I have had a hard time finding soft food that she likes. She will eat canned fish, but does not normally love canned cat food. I need to mix her medications in her food so it must be extremely palatable for her to get the whole dose. The first ingredients in this food are healthy proteins with no by product or meal. These cans are a good size, too. This food is very pricey, but for the quality it is probably worth the expenditure, and especially if you are trying to nurse a sick cat to health. I recommend!
